Each client receives a total of 15 minutes treatment. This can be made up of one treatment from group 1

Each client receives a total of 30 minutes treatment. This is typically made up of one 30 minute treatment or two 15 minute treatments.

Each client receives a total of 45 minutes treatment. This could be made up of individual 45 minute, 30 minute or 15 minute treatments.

The Hen will also receive an additional 15 minutes treatment for Free.
The number of guests or treatment times for this package cannot be altered.

Teens under the age of 16 must have a consent form signed by a parent or guardian prior to receiving treatment. An adult over the age of 18 must also be present at the venue during the party. Minimum age 13yrs.

Booking Terms and Conditions Time 4 U Bookings Terms and Conditions 1. Time 4 U will make every effort to ensure that each pamper party booking is completed in its entirety. In the event that this does not happen due to a therapist being unable to for fill all or part of the booking due to injury, sickness or any other reason. The uncompleted part of the booking shall be refunded back to the client on a pro-rata basis. 2. In the event that a therapist cannot attend a booking as previously agreed, Time 4 U will make all reasonable efforts to find a replacement therapist. Time 4 U will obtain all relevant work permits where necessary and also satisfy all medical requirements, qualifications and insurance as may be required by law in relation to engagement of a Freelance Therapist. 3. Time 4 U shall not be liable to the client for any loss, injury, damage, expense or delay suffered by the Client or the Freelance Therapist. This exclusion shall extend (but not be limited) to the consequences of any act or omission (whether wilful, negligent, reckless, dishonest or otherwise) which takes place during the event on the part of the Freelance Therapist or the client. The client acknowledges that Time 4 U charges are set on the basis that it has no such liability. The Client 1. The Client may be asked to provide standard tables and chairs and water refreshments 2. The Client will ensure that adequate room is provided as advised by Time 4 U in order for the Freelance Therapist to perform the treatments requested and will ensure that the Freelance Therapist is made to feel welcome upon arrival. 3. Freelance therapists require a smoke free environment to provide maximum benefits, and ensure that no products become contaminated. 4. The Client will ensure that all guests have signed appropriate consent documentation prior to receiving treatments at the request of Time 4 U 5. The Client will take all reasonable endeavours to ensure that guests limit the intake of alcoholic beverages prior to receiving Treatments. The legal limit for driving is a suitable guideline. 6. The Client will ensure that guests arrive in time for their pre-scheduled treatments. The Freelance Therapists will make every effort to accommodate any changes due to lateness but in such an event Time 4 U will have no liability for any loss of treatment time. 7. The Client will ensure that pets and small children will be kept away from all products and equipment to prevent accident or injury. 8. The Client will pay a £10.00 Non-refundable deposit upon booking the Pamper Party, and the full balance will be due 2 weeks prior to the party date. Once the balance has been paid, this is also non-refundable. 9. Changes made to the party schedule, treatments or address with less than 7 days notice will incur an admin fee of £10.00 10. Changes made to the schedule, treatments or address with less than 48 hours notice may result in the termination of the party with no refund. Time 4 U will try to accommodate changes with less than 48 hours notice, Fees 1.
